Train your lawyering skills.
Prospective lawyers and law students must have a practical focus. Participants of the Swiss Competitions learn and improve practical skills as well as techniques and strategies in client consultation, legal negotiation and professional communication with clients. The program trains participants to successfully use their professional expertise in situations arising in everyday legal practice.


Jean-Luc Delli

Founder of Swiss Competitions


Jean-Luc Delli is a legal entrepreneur with experience in commercial law and project management for several years. In 2011, he founded the Lawbility Practical Legal Training Institute and created a range of coaching and training courses designed to improve the language and practical skills of attorneys, solicitors and legal practitioners, as well as law students. Today, Jean-Luc works as the CEO and program director of Lawbility. In 2012, he launched the Swiss bar exam school Anwaltsschule.ch, and in 2016, the project Innovation.Law. Moreover, Jean-Luc is the National Representative of Switzerland in the International Client Consultation Competition and International Negotiation Competition as well as a board member of the International Negotiation Competition.


Simon Bianchi
Program Director Swiss Competitions


Simon Bianchi holds a Master of Business Law from the University of Geneva. During his legal studies, he participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court and won the Pieter Sanders Award for the Best Memorandum for Claimant with the team from the University of Geneva. In addition, he won the Swiss Competition of Legal Negotiation in 2015 and ranked seventh at the International Negotiation Competition. He then worked with Lawbility, first as Junior Project Manager and since 2017 as the Program Director of the Swiss Competitions. Since 2018, he works as a trainee lawyer with Tavernier Tschanz in Geneva.


Anaïs Attobra
Program Director Swiss Competitions


Anaïs Attobra has recently graduated with a Master’s degree with certification in transnational law from the University of Geneva. Since 2017, she has been a volunteer of the Student Association Legal Service in Geneva. Anaïs was a finalist at the Swiss Client Consultation Competition in 2017. After this experience, she became an Ambassador of the Swiss Competitions and was in charge of the student recruitment and social media management. Anaïs is a candidate of the Ecole d’Avocature in Geneva in 2019 and serves as a Program Director of the Swiss Competitions.


Natasha Gloor
Program Director Swiss Competitions


Natasha Gloor is currently doing her Masters in Law at the University of Zurich and has recently attended law courses in Oxford University and Washington University Law School. Moreover, she has successfully completed a course in International Politics and Relations at Harvard Law. She has experience in contract and financial management and is part of University of Zurich’s 2019 John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition team. In addition, Natasha was a finalist at the Swiss Client Consultation Competition 2018 and is now a Program Director of the Swiss Competitions.


Fatima Konokova
Program Director Swiss Competitions


Fatima Konokova is a Russian qualified attorney-at-law and an LL.M. candidate in International Contracts and Arbitration at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. Fatima graduated with a master’s degree from St. Petersburg University in 2012. She has worked as an associate in several international law firms and served as in-house legal counsel in St. Petersburg. For many years, Fatima has been involved in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot first as a competitor, later as a coach and arbitrator. Fatima also was a finalist at the Swiss Client Consultation Competition and served as a team coach in the International Client Consultation Competition. Fatima is now a Program Director of the Swiss Competitions.
